- Is it safe to pay by credit card on your website?
- Paying online is safe with Sandroy. All credit and debit card transactions are processed via Barclaycard ePDQ. They utilise 128 bit SSL encryption, the same high standard as Internet banking, to process card transactions from our website. Please see our Security Policy for more information.

- Can I return the product if I don't like it?
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Sandroy you may return the goods and obtain a refund or exchange within 14 working days of placing the order, please see our Returns Policy for details.
- How much does delivery cost and how long will it take for my order to be delivered?
- Delivery costs vary depending on the size of your order and are normally delivered within 4 working days, have a look at our Delivery page for more details.
- Do I have to set up an account?
- Yes you do but you can do it whilst you place your first order with Sandroy.
- What are the shop opening hours?
- Monday, Tuesday & Friday - 10am - 6pm
Wednesday & Saturday - 10am - 5pm
Thursday 10am - 7pm
Sunday 11am - 3pm - I don't live in the UK; can I still purchase products from you?
- No. Purchases and delivery are currently limited to within the UK.
- I haven't been able to see exactly what I'm looking for on your site; do you have it in the shop?
- If you cannot find a product on our website please call (0113 260 3232) or email customerservice@sandroy.co.uk, as we most likely will be able to help. We will endeavour to reply to all emails within 24 hours of receipt.
